We undertake to return all matching within ten working days of receipt. In 2017/18 this was achieved on 99.5%* of occasions. In the majority of cases we returned posts well within this timeframe. If your requirements are particularly urgent we also offer an expedited service which ensures return within 5 working days or less

We use a core group of experienced panel members which enables a consistent approach to our matching process. Alongside this we have a database of all posts that have been matched to enable us to ensure consistency. All posts are quality checked, before return, by one of our partners to ensure that our panels have been consistent in their approach.
