JME Partners Ltd was established in May 2017 when Debbie Lymn and Jayne Halford took over an already established and respected Job Matching Business from Jackie Reeves Associates. We work through a network of experienced associate job panelists to provide a job matching, job evaluation and related services to organisations across the NHS.

Jayne Halford is an experienced senior Human Resources Professional with a successful track record in all aspects of HR able to form strong working relationships and influence change. Jayne is committed to ensuring organisational improvement, with specific skills and experience in the implementation of organisational change, resolving complex employment issues and supporting the engagement and well-being of staff. Jayne has a wealth of experience gained through holding a number of senior HR positions in the NHS, in acute, mental health and community settings.

Jayne successfully managed the implementation of the Agenda for Change project and has been involved as a panelist in job evaluation panels in a variety of NHS organisations.

Debbie Lymn is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development Professional with over 20 years’ experience of working with the NHS including at board level.

Debbie has a strong track record in supporting and developing the capacity of organisations through a variety of senior management roles. Currently alongside being a managing partner of JME Partners Ltd also runs her own Human Resources and Organisational Development Consultancy, Debbie Lymn Consulting, which specialises in providing HR support to the NHS. Debbie has been involved in Agenda for Change since its initial inception, having led its implementation as HR Director for a specialist Trust. She is also an experienced job panelist who brings a wealth of knowledge of all sectors of the NHS.
